  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Blueberry Smoothie
  • 1 glass (240g) non-dairy yogurt (I utilized cashew yogurt)
  • 1/2 mugs (210g) solidified blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla concentrate (discretionary)
