- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Blueberry Smoothie
- 1 glass (240g) non-dairy yogurt (I utilized cashew yogurt)
- 1/2 mugs (210g) solidified blueberries
- 1 tsp vanilla concentrate (discretionary)
